RPI Honors David Klein with Spotlight Award

FORT LAUDERDALE, FLA – Aug. 20, 2021 – Recognition Professionals International (RPI) honored David Klein, senior director, talent and organizational development, Spirit Airlines, with the RPI Spotlight Award. The award was presented during the recent Incentive Marketing Association - IMA Summit Awards program. 

This award is given for above and beyond behavior to those who continuously add value to the association and whose dedication toward Recognition Professionals International is exemplary.

Klein joined RPI four years ago and currently serves as the board Executive Vice President. Through his work on the association and with Spirit Airlines, he has demonstrated a passion for recognition and organizational development. “He is always proactive, is always going above and beyond, and is action oriented,” Tonda Ferguson, CRP, RPI board president, said. “David possesses strong leadership abilities as demonstrated by his encouragement of input from others, his keen listening skills, and his tenacity to ensure issues are resolved,” Ferguson added.
