Silent Auction


As an integral part of the conference, we need your participation and donation to support our conference. Manufacturers and reps alike, take a look in the warehouse and donate an item or two.

Like last year, this year’s proceeds will help fund IMRA’s marketing & education efforts to raise awareness of the important role of incentive merchandise in corporate gifting programs with public and related industry audiences such as the promotional products providers.

Once you submit an item, you will receive a confirmation email. The winners will be notified on Tuesday, April 28. After the winner has paid for the item, you will be sent the shipping address of the winner of your item. Reminder: Please do not send your donated item(s) to the IMRA office. We ask that you send the item(s) directly to the recipient(s) upon notification.

For your donation to appear in our online catalog and bid on at the conference, we must receive your submission by Monday, April 6 at 5:00 CST.
