is now available, submit your preferred times to hold sales meetings at the 2020 IMRA Marketing Conference.
Request Sales Meeting Rooms
Sales meeting rooms will be available onsite, providing the proper space to hold meetings. Sales meeting space is assigned on a first come, first served basis. The priority submission deadline is Friday, December 20, 2019. Requests can be made after this date but accommodations will be dependent on availability. The final sales meeting schedule will be released January 6, 2020.
All sales meeting hosts must also register for the IMRA Conference and must be a current IMA/IMRA member in good standing. Membership dues must be paid prior to the IMRA Conference.
Private Meeting Room
- $500 for 2 one-hour slots, private room equipped with an LCD projector (VGM or HDMI connection) & screen, set up classroom style. Additional timeslots can be reserved for an additional fee, please contact Emily Johnson
General Meeting Space in Common Room
- $300, shared meeting space for two days of the conference, Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28.
