The Sales Meeting request form

Requests made after Friday, December 20 may not be accommodated. On the form, indicate at least three preferred meeting times. Please schedule at least two one-hour meetings to help your reps avoid meeting conflicts. You must be registered for the conference to hold a sales meeting
Please do not announce your sales meeting time until you receive confirmation from the IMRA office. Only schedule formal sales meetings during the your confirmed timeslots. The schedule below will be updated as additional requests are received.

Private Meeting Room
- $500 for 2 one-hour slots, private room equipped with an LCD projector (VGM or HDMI connection) & screen, set up classroom style. Additional timeslots can be reserved for an additional fee, please contact Emily Johnson
General Meeting Space in Common Room
- $300, shared meeting space for two days of the conference, Monday, April 27 and Tuesday, April 28.
