Brian Dodds Elected IMA Board President, Leading Strong Global Connections and Market Visibility

New officers and directors announced for 2025-2026 board


MINNEAPOLIS, MN – Aug. 1, 2025 – The Incentive Marketing Association (IMA) has elected Brian Dodds, CRP, IP, senior vice president of sales, Dash Solutions, as its 2025-2026 Board President, and announced new and returning officers and directors.

Brian began his career in the incentives and recognition industry as vice president of solution design at Symbolist and currently holds the role of senior vice president of sales at Dash Solutions, a leading provider of payment and engagement programs. With nearly 30 years of experience in the field, he has been a dedicated member of the IMA and RPI for 25 years. His volunteer leadership includes serving as president of Recognition Professionals International (RPI) before they became part of the IMA family, as well as treasurer, vice president, and executive vice president of IMA. Most recently, he chaired the IMA Summit 2025 Planning Committee.

The IMA also elected Jen Brumley, Fiserv, executive vice president; Oran Nevin, Workhuman, vice president; Hollis Thornton, CPIM, TOTUS, treasurer; and Karen Gray, CRP, PMP, O.C. Tanner, secretary. Jeffrey Brenner, CPIM, Seiko Watch of America, LLC, serves as past president.

New board directors are Ian Arthur, Carson Optical; Kimberly Huffman, CRP, VCA; Jimena Pierdant, Cashwave; Theresa Thomas, CPIM, Hinda Incentives; and Todd Tomlin, IP, Memorii.
