A twenty-year veteran at Bose, Leland was involved with sales, marketing, management, and training for Bose employees as well as their strategic partner and dealer network.  An accomplished sales and marketing professional, Leland has demonstrated success in inspiring others to do their best work in a collaborative culture. Leland explains, “I am passionate about creating aspirational goals and delivering remarkable solutions”. 
Neary comes to All Star with a decade of sales experience in the Financial, Insurance, and Consulting verticals. Neary’s vast network of contacts, ability to hone in on decision makers, coupled with his desire for relationship building, will serve him well in the diverse engagement services industry that All Star serves.  According to Neary, “I am perennial optimist with a craving for helping people and businesses”.
