IMRA’s scope of work for 2010 will be divided into a series of tasks that will be assigned to multiple Working Groups. Each Working Group will have a chair and 2 – 5 members or more depending on the assigned task. A Board Liaison will be assigned to each Working Group who will be responsible for having the Work Group’s plan of action and budget request, if appropriate, approved by the IMRA Board of Directors.
 
EDUCATION  - Board Liaison: Vilia Johnson
These Working Groups will be responsible for undertaking Education related tasks that will include developing member programs and programs and information for resellers and the corporate community.
 
MARKETING CONFERENCE – Chari and Board Liaison: Tom Edgette
Board Liaison is Immediate PAST PRESIDENT and also serves as the Conference Chair. This working group will be the foundation that helps guide tasks, create and execute the Annual Marketing Conference. The Marketing Conference Working Group will work closely with the Board Liaison and Management Team to develop the conference. The Board of Directors has final approval authority of all Marketing Conference plans. This includes attendance policies, timing, goals, schedule, off-site events, etc.
 
MEMBERSHIP / RECRUITMENT – Board Liaison: Brian Rivolta
This Working group is tasked with exploring methods of recruitment of new members and expansion of membership from within current member organizations. In addition this group will also from time to time work evaluate current membership policies, procedures and forms. An understanding of the membership criteria in our current bylaws is required.
 
NETWORKING EVENTS  - Board Liaison: Jessica Erdman
This Working Group will recommend, plan, and market networking events designed to encourage interaction between IMRA’s members and IMRA members and targeted audiences. The soft financial objective for each event is to realize a minimum of a10% gross profit revenue.
 
NOMINATING
This Working Group will be responsible for the recruitment of future BOD members and work to ensure a continuity of leadership at the BOD level.
 
PUBLICATIONS – Board Liaison: Bill Martocci
IMRA currently has two publication vehicles. Inside IMRA Newsletter published quarterly and our website:
www.imraonline.org
.  This group will work with these publications and explore new publication opportunities.
 
SCHOLARSHIP – Board Liaison: Mark Oldenburg
The Executive Committee of the IMRA BOD is the Board of Directors for the Tabor Scholarship. This Working Group will support the Tabor Scholarship Fund BOD (IMRA EC) to continually develop and enhance the scholarship program offered by IMRA.
 
STRATEGIC PLANNING – Chair and Board Liaison: Pete Mitchell
 
TECHNOLOGY – Board Liaison: Mike Landry
IMRA is a sponsor of the Replink System.  Replink is currently one of IMRA’s largest financial supporters. In addition new technologies are being introduced. This Working Group will work to examine and evaluate these opportunities and present them to the IMRA Membership.
